Mississauga detached homes went up by a soaring 16%, while condos went down by -5%. Semis in both Milton and Burlinton show upwards trends. Oakville prices raised both for detached homes and condo apartments, condo townhomes took a bit of a nose dive. Toronto condos are still in the red
