November 2025 Market Update
Across the GTA, we’re seeing softer prices, fewer sales, and longer days on market as buyers take more time and inventory sits longer.

Many property types—especially townhomes and condos—saw notable price adjustments, while some markets like Vaughan detached homes and Oakville condo townhouses held steady or rose.

What This Means for Buyers & Sellers

For buyers:
This market offers more choice, more negotiating power, and more time to make decisions. Many segments, especially condos and townhouses, are experiencing double-digit price drops.

For sellers:
Pricing strategically and preparing your home for market has never been more important. Well-presented homes are still selling, but the days of multiple offers are limited to very specific pockets and price bands.

For investors:
Some markets—especially Milton, Oakville, and parts of Toronto—are showing meaningful corrections, potentially opening doors for long-term opportunities.
